Death, devastation, and displacement has been visited on the people of Gaza for nearly seven months. And in that time working people across the United States have been voicing their disapproval of Israel’s indiscriminate violence, calling for a ceasefire in both their unions and at the ballot box.

But what does a ceasefire mean for the conflict, and why is it important that as working Angelenos we get involved in the fight for a ceasefire and Palestinian liberation?

Join DSA-LA on Saturday, March 23rd at 11:00 a.m. for presentations and discussion about the political importance of organizing for a ceasefire, what our organization is doing locally to organize for a ceasefire, and how you can get involved in finding an end to this conflict that leads to Palestinian national self-determination.
