We would like to invite all members of DSA-LA (queer and allies) to join the next meeting of our Queer Socialists Working Group (QSWG-LA) general meeting.

Our meeting agendas are posted ahead of time on our agenda & meeting notes document (found on the QSWG Handbook). A link will also be provided following registry.

When you volunteer with the Queer Socialists Working Group, you’ll be contributing to:
1. Developing a platform for queer voices in DSA-LA, both for our members and our SIO.
2. Monitoring opportunities for queer advocacy and coordinating actions, including protests. We also engage members through chapter-wide socials.
2. Recruiting queer people to DSA through outreach and intentional recruitment.
3. Fostering working relationships between other queer organizations.
4. Supporting and liaising with the national QSWG and the TRBACC.

The QSWG meets virtually, usually on the last Wednesday of every month. You must be a DSA member to participate. When signing up, please use the email address that is connected to your membership.
