Join us to spread the word about LA’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance in Reseda this Sunday, 3/17 from 1-5pm at Reseda Park!

We will be tabling at CicLAvia’s Ready for Reseda event https://www.ciclavia.org/ready_for_reseda24 , telling renters about this crucial opportunity to win stronger rent control. This event is in Council District 3- our highest priority district. Councilmember Bob Blumenfield is a critical swing vote on the Housing and Homelessness Committee and he needs to hear that his constituents want stronger rent control.

Blumenfield is *the* reason why the covid rent freeze was allowed to expire in 2024. We can’t let him vote against tenants again!

We will be talking to renters letting them know that for the first time in 39 years we can win stronger rent control. We’ll also be asking them to email and call Bob, telling him to support stability for residents, not investments!
