Red Cup Day is Starbucks’ biggest sales day of the year. Starbucks Workers United (SBWU) will be targeting not yet-unionized stores to raise awareness among customers about workers and Starbucks’ relentless anti-union campaign which includes intimidation, firings, store closures, and a complete refusal to bargain with unionized stores.
Join DSA-LA Starbucks Worker Solidarity Circle Group on November 16 ay 10:00 am to stand in solidarity with Starbucks workers and demand that Starbucks quits union busting and respect workers’ right to organize. We’ll meet outside of Starbucks with signs, flyers, and petitions to engage customers and passersby in support of Starbucks workers.
