This spring LA will revise the limit on annual RSO rent increases for the first time in 39 years.

Join us for a chill hang out, and make a push towards housing affordability at the same time! We will be writing postcards to renters in LA’s key districts, asking them to tell their city council member to support stronger rent control this spring.

This is a great event for everyone: new members, old members, and non-members. We’ll talk about what’s going on with rent control, how we can improve housing affordability in this city, and how we can ultimately build towards the decommodification of housing.
