This week we will discuss the latest IPCC report – Mitigation of Climate Change. This report analyzes mitigation actions underway around the world against greenhouse gas increases and the temperature rises that are likely to result. The mitigation steps needed are entirely feasible technically and financially. The break continues to be a lack of interest by the capitalist system to protect the biosphere. We will discuss this global report in relation to LA’s ongoing discussion around building electrification.
